How much is the conference? Where is the venue?  What are the topics?...

All of this information is just one click away on our website, which we keep rigorously updated. Just click on the conference you are interested in.

 

Do I need tickets for your conferences?

No, we keep a record of your booking so you don't need any tickets.  You will be asked to sign in on arrival.

 

Will there be any tea, coffee or cake at the conference?

Yes, it is our pleasure to provide accompanying teachers and adults hot beverages and sweet things on arrival.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my provisional booking?

Yes, due to the high level of interest in our events, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

 

Can I change the number of student places I have booked after I have paid my deposit?

Yes, you can increase or decrease your booking number by up to 50% of the original total. However, this can only done before you confirm your numbers, which, for November conferences, must be in September. We will then invoice you. Once an invoice has been issued we cannot alter your numbers or refund places.

 

Will VAT be added to my booking?

Yes, as we are VAT registered we need to add VAT to your invoice. However, this can be reclaimed in full by your school accounts department.

 

Do we need to pay for teacher places?

Absolutely not. Teachers are welcome to accompany student groups free of charge. Unaccompanied teachers should contact us to find out about our CPD rates.

 

Can you help me with a risk assessment for the conference?

Yes, we are happy to send you a risk assessment on request.

 

Can my school have a photograph with a speaker?

Yes, you certainly can request to have photos taken with our fantastic speakers, but this is popular and spaces are reserved for those who book and pay early.

 

Can my school reserve front row seats for the conference?

Yes, indeed, you can make seating requests. However, we advise you do this sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

 

Can my students send in questions for the speakers?

Your students are most welcome to send in any questions for the speakers in advance. We strongly encourage this!

 

Will our students be provided with lunch?

We do not provide catering for our conferences. However, you are encouraged to bring packed lunches which can be consumed in most of our auditoriums and we always choose venues with lots of food outlets nearby.

 

My school has fantastic facilities so can we be considered to host one of your conferences?
